By using Drivelume, you agree to these terms
We keep the full terms posted here at all times. When we make a material change — anything that affects your rights, your data, or your refund window — we update the “Last updated” line above and post a notice on the homepage so you aren't caught off guard.

Your account, your orders
The two pieces of ground truth for shopping on Drivelume — keeping your account honest and understanding what a completed order means in practice.
Your account
Keep your email and shipping address current — they determine where receipts go and where your order ships. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials. Lost access? Email support and we will walk you through identity verification before resetting it.
Orders & pricing
Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. Taxes and shipping are calculated from the shipping address at the moment the order is placed. Honored promotional pricing applies when a valid code is entered before payment; codes cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders.
Shipping, returns & risk of loss
The practical mechanics of moving an order from our warehouse to your door, and back if you need to return it, live in the shipping policy and refund policy. Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to you at the point the carrier scans the shipping label — once that scan happens, the carrier is on the hook for the leg between our dock and your door.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape inventory, pricing, or stock-check signals to feed a competing store or a price-comparison product. Don't place fraudulent orders, don't use stolen payment methods, and don't falsify your shipping address to dodge a carrier restriction. We may suspend or permanently block accounts that engage in any of the above, and we will cooperate with law enforcement on confirmed fraud.
Limitation of liability
The Drivelumestorefront is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the store or purchases made through it is capped at the total amount you paid us in the trailing twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost vehicle time, or the cost of a tow.
Governing law & contact
Drivelume operates from the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business is registered, and any dispute you bring will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Questions about these terms go to street-parts@polsia.app.
